Ø  A message to faculty from Terry Spehar-Fahey, Academic Affairs Budget Analyst:

As the end of the fiscal year approaches, I want to remind you to turn in your receipts and requests for reimbursement for the Provost’s Development fund for conferences. If your conference occurs in total or begins before May 31st, the conference expense may be charged to this year’s budget. You must get the reimbursement request to me via Judy Beaulieu by the first week of June to ensure that the expense will be charged to this year’s dollars. Anything submitted later than the first week of June is likely to be charged to next year’s budget. All travel occurring after June 1st will be charged to next year’s budget even if you make advance travel purchases this year. Thank you.
