With a BA in vocal performance from Pepperdine University and an MM from the University of Southern California, Angela Hicks has performed numerous leading and secondary roles in opera and musical theater both in the U.S. and abroad. Ms. Hicks is an avid recitalist in the Southern California area, and can also be heard in various film projects. When not on stage, Ms. Hicks can be found sharing her love of singing through teaching at California Lutheran University. Ms. Hicks is the founding director of the CLU Opera Scenes Program and is the vocal music director for the musical theater program. She is also the co-founding director of the CLU Summer Vocal Institute which serves aspiring young singers in high school and junior high. She is a member of Pi Kappa Lambda and Golden Key Honors societies.
