More than ever, people feel rushed and full of commitments. Often, the drive to achieve and to fulfill commitments leads people to deprive themself of sleep. This is particularly true of college students. Sleep difficulties can be revealed in daytime sluggishness, irritability, weight gain, poor immune function, tiredness, and difficulty staying awake and/or concentrating, to name just a few of the symptoms. Seeking coffee or other stimulating drinks can be another sign your sleep is deficient.
