Another strategy to employ when looking for help is to merely input the question into the search field on a browser; chances are good that the list of return hits will include the answer sought. Your Tech Byte team does this frequently.

Example in a sentence: Carl instantly thought a spelling error had occurred when he saw the word “googol” in an article reporting on the number of subatomic particles in the visible universe.
