Culture & Justice Clubs
There are many Culture & Justice Clubs sponsored by the Multicultural Programs Office in conjunction with Student Programs.
All clubs are open to all Cal Lutheran students and include the following:
Black Student Union
The purpose of the Black Student Union is to learn about, raise awareness, celebrate, and share with the campus the richness of Black history as well as current issues affecting the Black community and to enjoy the varied aspects of African culture in the U.S. and around the world.

California Lutheran University- Indian Students Club (CLU-ISC)
The purpose of this organization: The Indian Student club at California Lutheran University will be an Organization with a vision of promoting and encouraging a better culture and historical understanding and thus increasing awareness among the Indian students and other communities.
Chinese Culture Club
The purpose of CCC is to help the members development the understanding of Chinese culture, especially Chinese traditional culture. Also create a platform for all students who are interested in learning Mandarin and Cantonese to practice with the members who speak the languages.

Dance Multicultural Club (D.M.C.)
D.M.C is dedicated to the dissemination of student talent, performance, and the understanding of dance techniques related styles (including modern, contemporary, hip hop, cultural styles and jazz) around California Lutheran University.

To bring awareness of gender issues and inequality to CLU and its community. Also, to make an atmosphere where activists are free to speak out and promote dialogue on social issues with a specific emphasis on gender.
The Hillel club at CLU aims to explore and educate about Jewish culture, spirituality and ethics, while instilling positivity, equality, faith, and unity with other religions.
Hip Hop Organization
Hip Hop Organization (H2O) strives to provide a fun and accepting environment to Cal Lutheran students of different backgrounds who share a passion for hip hop music, culture, and dance. We want to offer students a place to openly express themselves through music, art, and dance. We also want to offer students who have no dancing experience the opportunity to learn and be a part of a rewarding dance family.
Latin American Student Organization
As a representative organization of Latinos at Cal Lutheran, we are dedicated to promoting cultural awareness and unity. We are committed to supporting Latino students in their pursuit of success, while also developing a strong sense of identity, leadership and participation. We intend to be a positive influence at Cal Lutheran and the surroundings by promoting diverse involvement and community service.

MYLife strives to celebrate individuality, while demonstrating that, by uniting, we are stronger as a community. Our club aims to promote tolerance, understanding, and a strong sense of individual self. MYLife promotes acceptance and respect through eye-opening events including Post Secret at CLU and CLU Empowered. Weekly meetings include hands-on icebreakers, free food, and activities to get to know and appreciate yourself and the people around you. Come listen, grow, and connect with fellow CLU students.

PRIDE (People Respecting Individuality, Diversity, and Equality)
PRIDE (People Respecting Individuality, Diversity, and Equality) works to create a safe environment for LGBTQIA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Questioning, Intersex, Asexual and Ally) students on campus while promoting equality and the visibility of universal and campus-wide LGBTQIA issues.

Tang Soo Do Club
To provide an opportunity for the students and faculty members of California Lutheran University to participate and learn the Korean Martial Art of Tang Soo Do in a welcoming, constructive, disciplined, and safe atmosphere.
United Students of the World
The purpose of this organization is to promote support and understanding of the diverse cultures of the world as well as provide a supportive environment for international students and an awareness of cultural issues on campus. We are dedicated in creating a safe and relaxing place to make friends, be active on campus, get to know your community, and to educate others about your culture through educational and social activities, speakers, and social gatherings. The United Students of the World seeks to promote understanding and cooperation amongst all people. In addition, in hopes of aiding Cal Lutheran's international students as well as other fellow peers become more familiar with California, a few sightseeing trips will be arranged where students can get to know each other better whilst traveling around Southern California.
