Computer Science
My research focuses on a piece of software called HyperTxt, an HTML pre-processor. HTML is the language all websites are written in, and since its creation in 1989, it has seen little change in contrast to the way that the web has evolved. HyperTxt hopes to change this by making HTML more powerful and adding on features that other web tools offer.

Ethnic and Race Studies
Gender, Race, Ethnicity and Crime
This course examines the impact of gender, race, ethnicity and class in the criminal justice system. You will also examine the perception of minority groups as offenders and victims.
Exercise Science
Students learn how to answer questions in their profession through the research process. Mentoring students through this process provides faculty the opportunity to stay abreast of recent developments in the field.
