Center for Leadership & Values

The Center was formed by the School of Management at California Lutheran University in 1999. Its primary purpose is to promote discussions of issues related to values, character, leadership and social progress both within the University and in the larger community. To fulfill its purposes, the Center hosts speakers, serves as a clearinghouse and resource center for discussion materials, and conducts relevant research.

The Center for Leadership and Values provides resources, articles, speakers, and an extensive online database to promote discussions on value-based leadership. Learn more...
