Scandinavian Festival - 50th Anniversary

Festivalgoers can visit authentic Scandinavian and Saami settlements, decorate head wreaths with fresh flowers and ribbon, dance around the Maypole, taste delicious lefse, “world-famous” Æbleskivers, Swedish meatballs, Viking Dogs, and much more. Younger Vikings can enjoy the Hans Christian Andersen puppet shows, free face painting, and make free Scandinavian country craft souvenirs.

Make your way to the main stage to enjoy Scandia and Swedish dance groups, musical guests including Ann-Marita Garsed, Grim Bernhoft, Redwood Middle School Jazz band, and a headline performance by ABBAFAB, a tribute to the Swedish pop group ABBA.

For volunteer opportunities, please email us at scanfestvolunteers@gmail.com. You can also connect with us at scandinavianfest.org or on Facebook and Instagram. Service Dogs only. Parking is Free.
