DESCRIPTION:Balancing authenticity with professionalism is important for any successful job or internship search, and this workshop will go over how to professionally disclose personal information related to your identity, beliefs, accommodations, or background, as well as what shouldn’t be shared too early in the process. Topics will include addressing accommodation needs, LGBTQIA+ issues, addressing past convictions such as DUIs, ADA laws, and more.
